WE ARE POSTPONING! Date set is just tentative. Dear Vendors,
It is official. Wisconsin has banned all gatherings of 10 people or more until further notice. We are not canceling the event, only postponing it until further notice. I hope that we will be in the clear by either May or June to do this.
Once this ban is lifted, the people are going to need some shopping therapy, and this is one of the fastest growing events I have ever seen. When we do get a date set again, all my vendors will have the chance to accept the new date, or I will provide a refund for your fees. But please bear with me in the mean time.
I just got done running a full weekend convention, and we got hit hard. We were able to make it in under the wire, and still had people out to it, but I barely broke even. I am a one woman wrecking crew.
In the mean time, I am going to be working on a page on the website where I will post all of your logos and links to help drive sales during this down time. So if you haven't sent me that info please do so. I am going to try and just push the facebook event date out to a tentative one so I don't have to start all over since we are at almost 1,500 people who have said they were interested or going so far. I do not want to lose momentum as much as possible.
So that is a state of the state as of right now. I will keep everyone posted as I can. I am working closely with Crucible to get this even back on the ground as soon as possible. Once I get the posts and things going for the vendors, please keep sharing, let's help each other out. Together we can get through this.
